One of the main audio programmers. did sound design for SFX: featuring Lara's footsteps and coded a audio system that adapts based on environment.

My Contribution:

Implemented footsteps for Lara's Model using Unreal Engine's Metasounds and created variation within those footsteps by altering pitch and reverb based on which environment Lara was walking in.

Also did most of all audio implementation for the project with examples showing the wall breaking, cannon shot, hammer swinging, and almost all of the music implementation. Did some sound design for Lara's basic footsteps.


Synopsis:

On a quest to mend her father’s legacy, Lara Croft sets out to finish what her father never could-- discovering the Fountain of Youth. Starting in New Orleans, Lara finds herself replotting the Bermuda Triangle with ancient, magical generators that reveal the secret location of the fountain once set.

After traversing through the nightlife of the French Quarter and treading through the dangerous waters of Port Royal, Lara is faced with a fanatic cult the Order of the Blighted Sea - and an ancient monster, poisoning the life force of the legendary Fountain of Youth.
